A number of customers are calling in about a "weird Google problem" that is taking them to a website called Upsalepont.com.

This is a NOT a problem with Google, but a spyware on the user's machine.

If you are our customer, please run a full scan of F-Secure on the infected hard drive.

If you do not have F-Secure installed on your machine, you can try installing MalwareBytes or SuperAntiSpyware and try to clean it that way. Depending on the extent of damage, this might not work, and you may have to bring in the machine to our shop for removal.
